AI course

The sample lesson and starting-point check are open without an account. Full demo access uses a signed browser cookie. While you learn anonymously, progress stays in this browser tab using session storage; your language preference is kept on this device. Learning accounts and saved work in this release are for adults aged 18 or over. We record your confirmation, not your date of birth.

When you sign in and confirm, we save your learning progress, diagnostic result, assessment attempts, self-checks and submitted files or links with your account. Your previously issued completion certificate uses the name on your account. New formal certificates are not issued in this demo. Saved work and existing certificates are private to your account. Account deletion removes these AI course records and uploaded files.

The course uses prepared demonstrations, questions and hints. It does not send your work to an AI service. If you choose to use an external AI tool for an exercise, that tool operates under its own terms and privacy settings. Use fictional or non-sensitive information in exercises and submitted work.

Earlier browser records

Progress and worksheet drafts from the earlier Business trial may still be stored in this browser. They do not sync to an account or employer dashboard. The earlier-records page, linked from My learning, lets you download an unchanged backup without uploading it. Records remain until you clear this site’s browser data. Session records end with their browser session. Exported files must be deleted separately wherever you save them.

Our hosting infrastructure processes the technical requests needed to serve the course. This release does not include an application-level learner analytics tracker. Contact iiait@iiait.org about your data. The test-draft status above still applies.

If you send a programme or support enquiry through our contact form, the name, email address, organisation, selected programme and message you provide are stored so we can handle the enquiry. When email is enabled, an enquiry notification is sent through our email provider (Resend) to iiait@iiait.org. The form confirms when an email notification could not be sent. This is separate from earlier browser learning records. Do not include confidential worksheet content in an enquiry; contact iiait@iiait.org about access or deletion requests.

Academic certification

If you join the Academic waitlist, we store your email address and the time of your request so we can notify you when Academic becomes available. No Academic account or payment is needed to join. To have your address removed before then, contact us at iiait@iiait.org. We do not use this signup to send a general newsletter.

Academic certification is in preparation. Planned processing includes Anthropic for AI suggestions and Stripe for payments, alongside hosting and email providers. The final provider list and retention policy must be confirmed before Academic opens. Existing account holders can request deletion; previously issued Academic certificate records may be retained in anonymized form for verification.
