Worked example / fictional case / excerpt
AI output verification record
- Evidence checked
- The fictional Northline offer v2 states €18,500 excluding taxes and payment within 14 days. It does not promise free cancellation.
- Correction and decision
- Correct the price and payment period; remove the unsupported cancellation claim. Keep the draft internal until permitted use of the account is confirmed.
- Owner and next step
- Mira asks the designated tool owner to confirm permitted use and obtains the responsible reviewer's release decision.
This illustrates a learning draft, not completed documentation or approval for a real organisation.

- Use and owner
- Fictional HR Platform X screening add-on v2 ranks applicants using CV and interview data. Record the HR director as the proposed accountable owner.
- Evidence gap
- The feature is not approved. A generic compliance badge does not establish suitability; request instructions, performance evidence and processing terms.
- Next decision
- Retain the manual workflow. Resolve oversight, log export and data-use questions before renewal or activation.
This illustrates a learning draft, not completed documentation or approval for a real organisation.

- Ownership
- For the fictional group, business owners operate controls; IT, security, legal and the DPO have defined support roles.
- Decision and escalation
- Escalate high-risk uses and unresolved legal issues. Preserve the DPO's independent advisory role.
- Follow-through
- Use intake, pilot, release and change gates. Report material issues with owners, due dates and evidence of closure.

Conformity readiness and release record
- Scope
- Fictional recruitment-ranking system release 2.0. Record the provider, purpose and applicable conformity route for specialist verification.
- Unresolved finding
- A management-system certificate alone does not establish product conformity. The release folder still needs the applicable evidence and named owners.
- Release decision
- Hold approval while evidence is incomplete. Assess the changed ranking behaviour and retest relevant controls before sign-off.
This illustrates a learning draft, not completed documentation or approval for a real organisation.

One module.
Four parts.
- Two lessons: learn the ideas, follow an example, try it yourself and check understanding.
- One workplace task: write a draft and review it against task-specific criteria.
- One final check: apply the ideas to different situations and learn from the feedback.
Know what your record represents
Learning you can record.
Work you review yourself.
Complete both lessons, self-review your workplace task and pass the module check. AI literacy requires 9/12 correct answers per module; the other programmes require 11/15. You can retry with feedback and no time limit.
Your downloadable learning record lists browser-recorded module completion. It does not verify your identity, independently assess the quality of your written work or certify professional competence or organisational compliance.
See a sample learning record
Self-reported browser progress. Not an official certificate or compliance record.

Complete — What AI actually does (4/4 parts)
For teams
A shared language.
A clearer discussion.
Choose relevant programmes for each role, discuss the cases and use the draft records to surface evidence gaps and decision owners. Adapt anything used at work through your own specialist review and procedures.
The open trial supports individual learning. It does not include central assignment, an employer dashboard or verified employee completion.

Before you begin.
Access, time, completion and your saved work.
Is this free, and do I need an account?
Business is currently an open trial. The available programmes, lessons and checks can be used without payment or a Business account. This describes the current trial, not a promise of permanent free access.
Do I have to complete all four programmes in order?
No. Choose the programme for your role and check its recommended prior knowledge. AI literacy is the foundation; experienced learners can enter the other programmes directly. Within each module, finish both lessons and the workplace task before the final check.
How much time should I plan?
Each programme has five modules and ten lessons. At 35–50 minutes per module, plan 175–250 minutes per programme: roughly three to four hours. All 20 modules take around 12–17 hours at these estimates. Specialist work and further reading may take longer; these are planning estimates, not measured completion times.
Will I practise using specific AI tools?
The programme focuses on responsible use, evidence, risk and governance through prepared workplace cases. It is not a tool-specific productivity or automation course. You do not need a paid external AI tool to complete the learning activities.
What do I receive, and who reviews my work?
You can download your written task notes, a backup and a learning record. Tasks use self-review criteria and worked examples; no instructor or AI service grades your written response. Knowledge checks provide prepared feedback. The record is not an independently verified certificate.
Can I continue on another computer or phone?
Progress and worksheet drafts stay in this browser, not in an account. Export a backup from My learning and restore it in the other browser. Clearing site data or using a private session can remove your work. Keep your exported file somewhere appropriate.
Can our team use this programme?
Teams can use the open trial for individual learning and discuss the fictional cases together. This version does not provide central assignment, an employer dashboard or verified employee completion. Learners can choose to share exported records under your organisation's procedures. Contact IIAIT to discuss your requirements; additional services are not implied by trial access.
